RECREATION CENTRE REFERENDUM

NOTICE OF DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY

In accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter , the District of Summerland gives notice that it intends to lease approximately 625 square metres of a portion of the land legally described as Parcel A (Being a Consolidation of Lots A and B; see LB463825) District Lot 473 Osoyoos Division Yale District Plan KAP90604, with a civic address of 9105 Peach Orchard Rd.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Council will consider the 2022 Annual Report at the Regular (Afternoon) Meeting of Council on Monday, June 26, 2023.

Public notice is hereby given pursuant to section 124(3) of the Community Charter that it is the intent of the District of Summerland Council to consider the adoption of amendments to the District’s Council Procedure Bylaw No. 2018-035.
