Dear Editor:
Much as we are grateful that we can have laboratory tests done at the Penticton Hospital, it is with regret that we hear of the closing of our Summerland lab due to staff shortages.

Thank you to the staff who did keep it going until now, but the convenience of it needs to be restored for the people of Summerland.
We can’t afford to lose another facility.
