Dear Editor:
My husband and I are fairly new to the Okanagan and had the pleasure of attending the Penticton Concert Bands performance on May 31.
We were totally amazed at the great talents we are blessed with in our valley. Having had season’s passes to the Banff Centre for many years and enjoying all the talent from around the world we missed it but now we have found the Penticton Concert Band with such varied music and great talent.
We were, however, a bit disappointed to see the low turnout and are wondering if other people have not yet discovered this great asset to our valley.
Looking forward to their next concert on July 1 in Penticton at the Gyro Park!
