AOKI, Toshiko Susan. December 17, 1923 – October 02, 2010
Long time resident of Summerland, BC. It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our dearly beloved mother and grandmother. Toshi will be greatly missed and forever remembered by her three children; Carole (Shawn), Rick (Barb), Alan (Bev) and by eight grandchildren; Nathan, Jayan, Jeremy, Jennifer, Tyler, Jonathan, Jahnel, Joel, her brother George Obari, as well as many other family and friends, too numerous to mention by name. Sadly, she was predeceased by her husband Nobukatsu, daughter Suzanne and granddaughter Tammy. Toshi was a remarkable person who was generous and caring to everyone who entered her life. We invite all that knew her to celebrate the life of Toshi with us at 2:00 P.M., Thursday October 07, 2010, at St. Stephen’s Hall, 9311 Prairie Valley Rd., Summerland, BC. Private Interment at the Peach Orchard Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Toshi may be made to the Parkinson Society of Canada.
