With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our father at Penticton Regional Hospital on December 11, 2018 at the age of 82. He was predeceased by his parents Joseph and Litvina, brothers Bill (2005) and Clements (1932), sister-in-law Linda, and nephew Ken.
Born in Kelowna, BC, he grew up in Rutland, but spent most of his life in Summerland raising a family and working as a public health inspector until his retirement in 1993.
He will be sadly missed by his children Gordon (Carla), Glenn, and Gina (Joe), nieces Janet, Joanne, and Karen, as well as many friends he made through the years.
A Memorial Tea will be held from 1:00 - 3:30 pm on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Providence's Summerland Chapel, 13205 Rosedale Ave., Summerland, BC. Memorial donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada - Okanagan/Kootenay Area Office, 4-1551 Sutherland Ave., Kelowna, BC V1Y 9M9.
