Margaret Helen “Bunty” Tegart of Summerland BC passed away on June 27, 2007 at the age of 83 years. Survived by one Daughter, Shirley Tegart of Orange, CA, two Sons, Gordon (Jackie) Tegart of Ashcroft, BC, and Wayne (Annette) Tegart of Kamloops, BC, 8 Grandchildren, 6 Great-Grandchildren, and Brother Neil (June) Newton of Vancouver, BC. Sadly predeceased by her husband Arthur, Son Glen, Daughter Barbara, Parents Arthur and Nellie Newton, and Sister Jean Malcolm. Bunty was born in Wilmer, BC the youngest daughter of Arthur and Nellie Newton. Bunty grew up in the Windermere Valley and attended school in Wilmer and Invermere. Bunty met the love of her life, Arthur, and they were married on June 18, 1946. They raised their wonderful family in the Windermere Valley, moved to the Nechako Valley and retired to the Okanagan. Bunty’s love of family, her creativity, and her open mindedness are just some of the special gifts she has left in our memories. Knowingly loved as a Wife, Mom, Gran, Great Gran, Aunt, Sister and Friend. A Celebration Of Life will be held on Saturday, July 28, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. from Rosedale Memorial Chapel 13205 Rosedale Avenue, Summerland, BC with Pastor Rick Gay offi ciating.
