We would like to announce the peaceful passing of Kenneth Raymond Blagborne on Thursday, October 12, 2023. He was predeceased by his wife Ann (Dec. 17, 2017) and is survived by step-daughters Jennifer and Caroline (Claire), and his son Dean (Sharon).
Ken was born in Summerland, BC, on January 4, 1939, and had fond memories of his hometown. After graduating high school, he made his way to Victoria to begin his career as a Cartographer with the Ministry of Forests from 1957 to 1995. He was very proud of his accomplishments in the ministry, enjoying the work and the people immensely.
Ken loved woodworking, carving, fishing, gardening, and of course, storytelling.
At Ken's request, no service will be held.
