BULLOCK, JOSEPH (JOE) June 22, 1922 - Nov. 21, 2008. After a long, fulfilling life Joe passed away peacefully, surrounded by family. Survived by his wife of 61 years Josie, sons Gary (Lynn-deceased) and Jack (Linda), 5 grandchildren: Jeremy (Sacha), Michael, Kristin (Darren), Amanda (Kevin), Justin (Becky) and 3 greatgrandchildren: Jacob, Riley, Kaden. Joe was active for over 50 years in sports in the area: playing & coaching hockey, fastball, senior’s slo-pitch and curling. He was in the restaurant business for almost 40 years. He & Josie owned & operated “Joe’s Restaurant” on Main Street, Summerland until he retired in 1977. Funeral Sat Dec 6th 1:00pm at Church of the Holy Child, 14010 Rosedale Ave., Summerland.
