Joan McEachern went to be with the Lord February 27, 2020 at the age of 83 years. Predeceased by her husband Norman in 2018, she will be remembered and sadly missed by her children Larry (Aide), Rick (Jeanne), and Mike; grandchildren Nancy, Shannon, and Krystal; and also fondly remembered by her cousin Marolyn (George) and their family.
Born in Winnipeg, Joan moved with her family to California where she later met Norm and where they raised their boys. After retirement, they moved to West Kelowna and then to Summerland.
Joan was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and cousin and was known as 'Auntie Joan' to all her extended family. She will be greatly missed by all.
The family would like to thank Dr. T. Irvine for his exceptional care and Joan's friends and neighbours for their kindness and help over the past few months.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
