It is with sorrow we announce the passing of Gail Patricia Arnold on November 5, 2022. Gail was born on October 31, 1937 in Trail, British Columbia.
She will be missed by her sons, Jim (Cathy) and Brian (Gail) Kaake, brothers Gary (Barb) and John (Grace) MacPherson, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and other relatives along with friends.
Gail is predeceased by her parents Lochlin MacPherson and Ethel Hatfield.
Gail grew up in Kaslo, BC before moving to New Westminster where she met and married Ron Kaake. Gail was one of the first female Deputy Sheriffs in British Columbia and worked for them over 20 years before retiring to Lumby, BC and then relocating to Summerland, BC.
Gail was accomplished at first aid and her hobbies included shuffle board, gardening and volunteering at the Legion.
