In Loving Memory of Ed Antonovitch ~ Ed was born in Palmer, Saskatchewan, in 1928 and passed away peacefully on July 25, 2020 at the age of 91.
Ed will be lovingly remembered by his wife Elsie, of 60 years, his three children, Greg (Kim), Karen and Murray, his grandchildren, Lauren and Ryan, and siblings Helen Creary and Raymond Antonovitch.
Ed is predeceased by his parents, Alexander and Marya Antonovitch, siblings Lovetta Henderson and Alfred Antonovitch.
Ed moved his family from Stettler, Alberta to Summerland in 1965, where he operated Ed's Radio and TV for 28 years.
Ed was active in the community coaching hockey, baseball and canvassing for the Cancer, Heart and Stroke foundation.
As an avid outdoor enthusiast, Ed enjoyed taking his family, and adoring grandchildren on many fishing and camping trips.
An active legion member and at Ed's request, a memorial service will be held at the Summerland legion at a later date. The family wishes to thank the staff at Westview Extended Care for their care and compassion.
