Douglas Steuart Laidlaw
Passed away in Penticton June 22, 2013 at the age of 70 years. Doug will be loving remembered and sadly missed by his sister Donna (Paul) Clarke, niece Tara Clarke, nephews Matthew Clarke and Ian Clarke as well as extended family, including aunts and cousins. Doug was born and raised in Summerland. After living away for many years, he moved back to the Okanagan later in life. He will be remembered for his love of family, his passionate interest in local history, and his love of the games of hockey and baseball. He enjoyed the company of other people and will be greatly missed by those who knew him. He particularly loved the music of the 1950’s. This is for you, Doug – When My Blue Moon Turns to Gold Again.
