Gerald Blystone of Santorini’s Restaurant turns over the keys to new owners Alison Schmidt, left, and Terry Sotir. The transfer took effect March 1.
The restaurant will be open seven days a week.
The first Sunday brunch will be held on Sunday, March 4.
