The jury was sworn in, but the trial for a Summerland man accused of attacking a Penticton doctor is not going to begin on schedule.
Gregory Stanley Nield, 31, pleaded not guilty to the Dec. 5, 2014 assault of Dr. Rajeev Sheoran in the Penticton hospital psych ward.

The voire dire, a trial held absent of the jury to determine the admissability of a evidence in trial, continued March 28 after the jury was dismissed until April 3.
