Legion mourns Dunsdon's passing

Steve Dunsdon, who died earlier this week, was a World War II veteran who had served as a motorcycle dispatch rider with the Canadian Army in Europe.

Steve Dunsdon, who died earlier this week, was a World War II veteran who had served as a motorcycle dispatch rider with the Canadian Army in Europe.

He was the first president of the Summerland Legion in 1960 to 1961 and served in numerous positions at the zone and Pacific command level.

From 1984 to 1986, he was the Dominion President of the Royal Canadian Legion.

The service will be held Saturday, Sept. 24 at the Summerland Alliance Church
