Flashmob surprises shoppers at Orchard Park Mall.

Holiday song delights shoppers

Holiday shoppers were treated to a special Christmas flash mob at the mall on Thursday.

Shoppers at Orchard Park Mall were treated to a special bit of Christmas cheer, on Thursday.

A flash mob of carollers from Kelowna Voice Lab filled the food court with their sweet song during the afternoon.

Donning Santa hats and guitars the group surprised those eating and doing their last minute shopping with some holiday favourites.

While many in the mall were surprised by the flash mob, some joined in the fun — singing along and taking photos of the event.

This video was captured by local business owner William Zh from O Lake Cafe & Bistro.

Check out the Kelowna Voice Lab here — students perform songs once a month at 375 Lawrence Avenue starting at 7 p.m.
