Summerland-based Hunters Hill Joint Venture Group has announced an increase in homes under construction at the development.

Phase 1 of the project is nearly sold out and 55 per cent of Phase 2 is also sold as road paving is complete.

“The vision for our Hunters Hill development has been distinctively different than what you might typically find in the Okanagan Valley,” said Patrick Murphy, principal for the Hunters Hill Joint Venture. “The dream of living in a small-town setting in the Okanagan is alive and well, and we take pride in crafting a destination community inspired by nature where large lot sizes are ripe with custom home opportunities.”

The development is nestled into the south facing slopes of Summerland and overlooks Okanagan Lake, Giant’s Head Mountain and the orchards in the community.

It is surrounded by large tracts of preserved greenspace.
