The Summerland Steam added one win and one loss in Junior B hockey action on the weekend.
On Friday, the Steam hosted the Revelstoke Grizzlies, playing to a 4-2 loss.
Revelstoke took the lead with a power play goal early in the first period.
Two other goals, including a second power play goal, gave the Grizzlies a comfortable 3-0 lead.
The Grizzlies added another unanswered power play goal in the second period.
It was not until the third period that Summerland was able to score.
At 18:52, Lucas Jirousek scored for the Steam, assisted by Riley Smoler and Gavin Lawrie.
Jirousek added another goal at 12:08, this one assisted by Scott Robinson and Smoler.
The Steam fared better on Saturday, when they travelled to Sicamous to defeat the Eagles in a 6-0 shutout.
Scoring began at 4:22 in the first period when Sam Jones scored, assisted by Cairo Rogers.
In the second period, Cody Swan, assisted by Ryan Allen, added the second goal of the game at 18:15.
Everett Scherger then scored for the Steam at 3:50, assisted by Ethan Grover and Allen.
In the third period, Swan scored at 19:19, assisted by Scherger and Robinson.
Lawrie scored at 16:07, assisted by Allen and Smoler.
The final goal, at 5:45, came from Williams, assisted by Smoler and Lawrie.
At present, the Steam are in third place in the Okanagan/Shuswap Conference: Okanagan Division of the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League.
The Steam have three wins and one loss in regular season play.
This weekend, the Steam will play two home games, against the Sicamous Eagles on Friday and against the Kamloops Storm on Saturday.
Both games, at the Summerland Arena, will begin at 7:30 p.m.
