Snow is falling on Super Bowl Sunday across the Okanagan.
People are waking up to a winter wonderland with at least three to five centimetres on the ground already, making for a slippery drive around town and the highways.
Aim Roads was out Saturday night laying brine on Highway 97.
According to Environment Canada, snow will continue to fall this morning and possibly turn to rain. The remainder of the day should be cloudy with rain showers beginning Sunday evening and turning to snow around midnight.
The Monday morning commute will be a snowy, potentially slippery one.
There is no snow in the forecast for the rest of the week, with Valentine’s Day sunny with a high of -1 C.
Family Day long weekend looks to be cloudy with daytime temperatures around 1 C.
