Summerland Test of Humanity rides again

The Test of Humanity charity bike race is on again this year.

The Test of Humanity charity bike race is happening again this year.

The race, a fundraiser for Canadian humanitarian projects in Ethiopia and Malawi, starts on the east side of Cartwright Mountain.

The objective is to do as many laps as possible of the track in a set amount of time.

The race takes place on Sept. 18, beginning at 9 a.m. The race start times are staggered depending on the riders’ ages and categories, with races for all age groups. The age divisions are three to six, seven to 10, 11 to 15 and 16 and over.

Registration for these races starts July 1 and the early bird lasts till July 31. After that it will cost more to enter the race.
