Summerland Ladies Club
On Aug. 2, the Summerland Golf and Country Ladies Club counted scores using the Stableford method. Points are awarded for net results on each hole. i.e. 1 point for bogie, 2 points for par, 3 points for birdie, etc.
First flight: First Vijai Vaagen, 41; second Allison Coutts, 38; third Lil Smith, 37, fourth Linda Brussee, 35.
Second flight: First Pam Webster, 38; second Marie Gallant, 35; third (tie) Diana Leitch and Janis Goll, 33.
Summerland Senior Men
On Aug. 4, the Summerland Senior Men’s Club played an all net scores event.
Charles Lay had the low net for the day with a five under net 67. Dave Theilman, Denis Huot and Dwain Sandrelli shared the deuce pot.
