Eight Summerland athletes and one coach will attend the 2016 B.C. Summer Games later this month.
The games will be held in Abbotsford from July 21 to 24.
Jason Scherban will compete in athletics.
Declan Riddle will compete in golf.
Marlayna Martin and Emily Wright are both participants on the Zone 2 girls’ softball team.
Justin Fotherby and Brooklyn Parliament will compete in swimming.
Heming Sola will compete in towed water sports.
Keagan Ingram will compete in triathlon.
In addition, Michael Berrisford will be an assistant coach in triathlon.
