PHOTOS: Penticton and Summerland students take over Pen Hi’s track and field

Grade 4 and 5 students competed in the all-day track meet

Penticton Secondary School’s track and field was taken over by a district-wide track meet for all Grade 4s and 5s on Wednesday, June 1.

Hundreds of students from across Penticton and Summerland took part in the all-day meet that included long jump, shot putt, relay and short and distance running.

Parents came out to cheer the students on while they competed in the various activities.
