Not so classic on ice at the SOEC

The Summerland Golden Jets got some time on the big ice this weekend, taking to the South Okanagan Events Centre for their sixth annual Winter Not So Classic game.

The Jets, who range in age from 55 years old to 72 years old (other than goalie Kristi Patton), raise funds to give two $500 bursaries to students, one female and one male, graduating from Summerland Secondary who play hockey.
