The Nesters Market Midget House Jets split their games on Jan 21 and 22.
Friday night they faced off against Westside #1 and did not play their best hockey in the first two periods ending up down 4-1 going into the third.
Westside also was on the receiving end of two lucky goals off bad bounces. However, the Jets came out strong in the third and scored four goals.
Unfortunately Westside added two of their own to end the game with the Jets losing by a score of 6-5.
Scoring for the Jets were Kylar Stinson with a hat trick and Kael Clay with two.
On Saturday, Merritt #2 came to town and the Jets won by a score of 16-3.
Summerland came out fast and never looked back.
The Jets only had seven skaters and rolled through the positions, with everyone taking turns at defence and forward.
Special mention goes out to Brady Clark who played in net for the first time and looked solid only giving up three goals.
