Why is council continuing with further assessment on the Banks Crescent development?
This seems to be a waste of time, energy and money, considering the previous council rejected development on this property.
Surely there is sufficient information available to make this decision.
I am impressed with the calibre of letters that have been sent to this paper. They are intelligent, thought-provoking and realistic. Surely council is taking the wishes of this community into consideration.
This is not a suitable location for a development of this size, considering the instability of the soil, the environmental concerns and the accessibility of the location.
This is not an area where most of us would want to live out our final years.
Living in a hole, with a loss of independence sounds like imprisonment to me.
