I write to encourage everyone to watch for our Royal Canadian Legion events and support them when you can.
My husband and I had the good fortune to attend the RCL Branch 22 Valentine Dinner and dance this weekend.
We were greeted with a fresh carnation red for the ladies, candies and chocolates on our red clothed festively decorated tables and most reasonably priced champagne.
We loved the cordon bleu and had a ball dancing to Diane Ball. Her range of music was most danceable. She was charming and social; accommodatingly playing requests for us as well.
Our Branch 22, Royal Canadian Legion regularly hosts special events, as well as lunches and dinners open to everyone.
You will have a great time and get a great deal as well.
