October 11, 2018
It is with great sadness that the family of Winifred Annie Moret announce her sudden passing on October 11, 2018, at the age of 79 years. Winnie was a wonderful, resilient woman who was loved, is missed and will always be cherished. She was born in Humboldt, SK and grew up in Pitt Meadows, BC. Predeceased by sons, Dean and Faron Lindenbach.

Winnie had a love of good food, walking, being at the beach and gardening. She will be remembered and sadly missed by partner, Albert Piccioni. Their annual Christmas holiday party was a must attend event, where her amazing ability to provide an extraordinary buffet brought delightfulness to all.

"Children are the anchors that hold a mother to life"; Cindy Rezansoff, Tammy Jackman(Bruce), Fernand Moret and Aberdeen Wareing. Grandchildren; Jeremy, Kristy, Chelsea, Brandon and Charleigh; three great grandchildren. Survived by her sisters, Florence McLeod and Linda(Doug) Kvaas. She had many good friends she held dearly.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Summerland in Spring, 2019.

In lieu of flowers, please donate an item to the Summerland Auxiliary Thrift Shop - Winnie would have wanted that.
