Victoria Katrynuik

May 11, 1931 - October 12, 2018
Victoria Katrynuik, beloved Mother and Baba, of West Kelowna, BC, passed away with family at her side and in her heart, on October 12, 2018 at the age of 87 years. Vicky was born May 11, 1931 near Canora, Saskatchewan to Nikolaus and Constancza (Pavelska) Parnetta and was the second youngest of 12 children. Vicky will be remembered for her great hugs, good humour, strong will, limitless love for her family and of course, her perogies. Vicky was predeceased by her parents; her infant son, Larry and all of her siblings. Vicky was loved every day and will now be missed everyday by her 8 daughters, Betty, Connie, Marlene, Chris, Ruth, Cindy, Debbie and Tracey, her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Vicky wore her Crown of Mother and Baba with such great pride and joy.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at 11:00 am at Hansons Westwood Funeral Chapel, 2541 Churchill Rd, West Kelowna, BC.
