Shirley Helen Charlton “Poopsie” of Summerland, BC passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 11 th, 2008 at the age of 68 years. Survived by her loving family; Husband: Stan Charlton; Children: Rob (Esther) Charlton of Penticton, Dan (Debbie) Charlton of Osoyoos, Bart (Phyllis) Madge of Bund Bay; Dale (Rosi) Boisclair of Summerland, David (Terry) Charlton of Vancouver, Tami (Peter) Dunstan-Adams of Penticton Sheri (Steve) Debowski of Vernon, 14 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, Brother Don (Dee) Brunner of Osoyoos. Sadly predeceased by her sister Arlene Boisclair. Shirley loved people and had a zest for life. She was well loved for her generous spirit and sense of humour. She enjoyed cooking, crafts, Curves, travelling and most of all spending time with her family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 17 th, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. from Summerland United Church, 13204 Henry Avenue, Summerland, BC with Reverend Kent Israel officiating.
