Bob was born in Kitchener, Ontario in 1936 and passed away at the Penticton Regional Hospital on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at the age of 82 years. He is survived by his loving family, wife of 58 years, Dolores; son Robert (Rob); grandson Marshall; sister Pauline and nieces and nephews. Bob was a member of the RCMP joining the force in 1956 and retiring in 1984 with the rank of Staff Sergeant having served both, in Headquarters and in British Columbia. Bob was an active volunteer in his community and was past president of the South Okanagan Division of the RCMP veterans association. Celebration of life for Bob will be held in the Summerland Legion at a later date. The family would like to thank Dr. Tatham, the staff at Trinity Care Centre and the nurses at Penticton Regional Hospital for the special care they gave to Bob.
