Rita Patricia “Pat” Hume-Smith of Summerland, BC., will be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother. Pat will be lovingly remembered by five children; Bill of Vancouver, George of Summerland, Heather of Christina Lake, Anne of Keremeos, Odean of Coldstream, eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren, one brother; Jack of Keremeos, as well as numerous other family members. Pat loved the great outdoors, nature, music, as well as photography. She blessed her children with many keepsakes of her very high quality needlework projects. Pat lead a full and active life, had a wonderful sense of humour and enjoyed many good friends, acquaintances and travel companions. Pat was a long time member of the Summerland Camera Club, a lifetime member of the Summerland Community Arts Council, was also a member of the Penticton and District Community Concert Series. She will be dearly missed by all.
