Raymond Smoole of Summerland, BC passed away December 26, 2009, at the age of 93. Survived by his loving wife, Clara; children, Gwen Strynadka, Wayne Smoole, Garry Smoole; 5 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 10 great-great grandchildren. Sadly predeceased by his mother, Hazel in 1963; father, Henry in 1968; grandchild, Deborah Bain in 1977; sister, Dorothy Fisher in 2009. Raymond married Clara in 1939. They farmed in the Roydale District of Alberta and moved to Summerland in 1975. Raymond and Clara just celebrated their 70th Wedding Anniversary on December 21st, 2009.
