Patricia Manke

April 4, 1952 - November 3, 2022
Pat Manke passed into the presence of Jesus on November 3, 2022, at the age of 70 years.
Remembered and sadly missed by her children Karen Parcels (Ryan) Of Summerland and Steve Manke (Kristi) of Summerland, 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, siblings Darlene Butler (Mac) of West Kelowna, Barb Damour (Ed) Of Calgary, George Miller (Marj) of Parksville, Sue Demerse (Gary) of Penticton, and Fred Miller of Penticton, and many extended family.
Sadly, predeceased by her parents Percy and Dorothy Miller, and granddaughter Faith Manke.
Pat was born in Summerland on April 4, 1952. Other than a short time in Vernon, where she met her husband Allen, and a few years in Penticton where her children were born, she called Summerland home. Pat worked in Summerland as a care aide for 25 years, and lovingly cared for her aging parents.
She had a love of gardening and making flower arrangements. Some of her favourite times were spent surrounded by family and sweetening up her grandchildren. She spent many hours in front of a puzzle and always welcomed help.
A Celebration of Life will be held on November 19, 2022, at 2:0 0pm, at the Summerland Baptist Church.
