MICHAEL CHARLES MINTER 1959- 2008 Passed away suddenly on June 29 th in Kamloops, B.C. Survived by his sons, Christopher, Nicholas and Colin, and their mother Pauline, sisters Donna Newstead (Marty), Kathy Seiter (Gordon), niece Kayleigh, and nephews Tyler and Kaeden. Also survived by his mother, Eileen Minter (Don Nelson). Predeceased by his father, Charles Robert Minter in 2005. Mike was born and raised in Summerland and graduated from Summerland High School in 1977. He was active in local hockey, basketball and baseball. Most of his working years were with CNR in Summerland, Edmonton, Prince George, and latterly, Kamloops. Following cremation, private internment will take place in The Garden of Remembrance, St. Stephen’s Church, Summerland. A celebration of life is to be planned at a later date.
