Maxine Hollinger of Summerland passed away peacefully on October 5, 2007 at the age of 88 years. She will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her husband of 33 years, Fred Hollinger of Summerland; three children, Judy Webster of Omak, WA, Jerry Hutchinson of Tonasket, WA and Jean Hicks of Omaha, NE; fourteen grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; sister, Elaine (Lee) Chamberlain of Seattle, WA; two brothers, Newel and Wayne (Elizabeth) Loop both of Port Orchard, WA. Maxine enjoyed travelling, partying and watching TV. Funeral Services were held on Thursday, October 11, 2007 at 1:00 pm from the Rosedale Memorial Chapel, 13205 Rosedale Avenue, Summerland, with Pastor Greg Wellman offi ciating. Interment followed in Canyon View Cemetery, Summerland, BC. If friends so desire memorial tributes may be directed to the BC Heart and Stroke Foundation.
