Louise E. Garrett (Shannon) April 1, 1942 Summerland, BC – August 25, 2009 Portland, Oregon. A Life Celebration will be held Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at 2 p.m. at Finley Sunset Hills in Portland, Oregon. Louise is survived by husband, Pat Garrett; daughter, Susan Garrett-Brodahl; sister, Darlene Shannon and brother, Bill Shannon.
