Lizzi Gottwald of Summerland died at Oliver General Hospital after a short stay at Mariposa Gardens in Osoyoos, May 2, 2020 in her 81st year.
Lizzi was predeceased by her second husband Vilem Gottwald in 2014 and her first husband, Arne Andersen, in 1979. Tragically, Lizzi was also predeceased by her children Henry, John, Hanne and Nina.
Lizzi is survived by her son David, her grandchildren Katherine, Melanie, Jeremi, Sunsherra, Jay, Sarah and Logan, as well as numerous great- grandchildren. She will be remembered by these and several living brothers and extended family members.
No service by request. Lizzi's ashes were spread in a private ceremony in Okanagan Lake, as per her wishes "To feed Ogopogo".
