James B. Argue of Summerland, BC passed away January 10, 2010 at the age of 89. Surrounded by the love of his entire family, James (Jim) was guided to heaven with angels at his side, after experiencing complications from a recent surgery. Survived by his loving family, children Richard (Dawn) of Sherwood Park, AB, James (Terri) Brent of Edmonton, AB; 5 grandchildren, James, Jackie, Chelsea, Scott, and Cameron; 3 great grandchildren, Cole, Emry and James Bradley. Sadly predeceased by his first wife, Jean, mother to Richard and James and second wife, Ruth Fuller Argue. James was a WWII veteran and was involved in Kiwanis and Air Cadets. He was a gentle, caring man who above all, loved his family. Grampa always put everyone else’s needs before his. Memorial Service will be held on January 14th, 2010 at 1:00pm from Summerland Funeral Home’s Rosedale Chapel, 13205 Rosedale Ave., Summerland, with Reverend Rick Paulin officiating.
