Irma joined husband John, sister Norma Pansegrau, and many other loved ones in heaven November 24, 2017 at the age of 91 years.
Irma left a legacy of faith and love to her children Nancy (Paul) Hughes, Brian (Karen) Barg, Pam (Craig) Whitehouse, and Sharlene (Randy) Wheeler; 6 grandsons, and 3 great grandchildren.
Coming to Summerland in 1936, Irma attended school, worked, married, raised a family, buried her parents and husband, then lived out her earthly life here. Everyone was welcomed into her home.
Irma was well known for her faith, love of family and friends, and her hospitality.
Irma's Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Summerland Baptist Church, 10318 Elliott St., Summerland, BC with Pastor Del Riemer officiating.
