Gertrude "Trudy' Edith Lidster of Summerland, BC passed away peacefully into the presence of Jesus on May 16, 2018 at the age of 96 years.
She will be remembered and sadly missed by her children Perry (Carole) Lidster, Melanie (Nabil) Abedrabo, and Suzanne ('Sandy') Cameron, all of Summerland, BC; 16 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband Morley Wilburt Lidster and daughter Jacqueline Dawn Byrnes.
Trudy was an accomplished seamstress and mastered many other arts and crafts. She also enjoyed cruise travel to Europe and exotic ports of call.
Trudy's Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 11:00 am at Summerland Alliance Church, 14820 Victoria Rd. N., Summerland, BC.
