Edna Dyck born 1919 died December 30 th of cancer in the Oliver Hospital. She was 21?2 months short of her 89 th birthday. She was born the third child in a family of 6 children. Edna moved to Summerland in the early 60’s. She opened a hairdressing shop uptown and later operated out of her home on Lakeshore Drive. She ended her career in her early 80’s, working in Summerland Extended Care. She will be missed by her many clients and friends both from her business and her closely knit Church Community. She is survived by two sisters Doris and Helene; nine nieces, 4 nephews; 10 Great nephews, 5 Great nieces and 18 Great Great nieces and nephews.
