Dorothy Powell
Dorothy May Powell of Summerland, BC passed away peacefully October 19, 2017 at the age of 98 years.
She will be remembered and sadly missed by her children Donna Hamilton of Coquitlam, BC, Anne McIntosh of Melfort, SK, Kenneth Powell (Dana Price) of Sausalito, CA, and David (Deb) Powell of Summerland, BC; 5 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband Walter Powell and sons-in-law Dennis McIntosh and David Hamilton.
Dorothy enjoyed skiing, golfing, hiking, photography, traveling, Bridge, and especially spinning and weaving.
A special thanks to the staff of Dr. Andrew Pavilion for the loving care Dorothy received while there.
