ARTHUR MORRISON

April 23, 2012

Arthur Morrison

Our family is deeply saddened by the passing of Arthur after a courageous and valiant battle with cancer. He will be sadly missed by his wife Heather, daughters Penny Morrison, Sandra Frank, Brenda Sidoni, sons Mel and Kelly Arsenault, grandchildren, Darren and Eric Bifford, Travis and Daneal Frank, Brandon and Riley Sidoni and Brittany Arsenault, Dallas and Charlie Arsenault and one great-grandson Carter Arthur Alexander Bifford who always brought a twinkle to his eyes. Arthur spent many years in Europe managing off-shore oil rigs where he became well known and respected as an expert in off-shore drilling. He retired in Summerland, BC 20 years ago. He enjoyed the time that he spent with his wife Heather raising buffalo, Emu, Lamas and chickens on his 5 acre hobby farm. Arthur was also a fond collector of antique tools and farm implements. After spending many years traveling because of his profession, Arthur’s favorite time in his life were the years that he spent doing various projects on his property. Arthur will also be fondly remembered by his many past co-workers, friends and family as a generous and loving man. Arthur was a life member of the Masonic Lodge in Aberdeen, Scotland. We would like to thank Dr. Wren,

Dr. D. Barkhuizen and all of the support staff and volunteers at Andy Moog Hospice House for their special care, compassion and kindness. A Celebration of Life will be held at 4pm August 4th, 2012 at 12120 Tingley Street, Summerland, BC. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Society are suggested.

Death leaves a heartache that no one can heal,

Love leaves a memory that no one can steal.
