The Kettle Valley Steam Railway put out a collection point for the Summerland Food Bank and Resource Centre to give riders a chance to contribute to that cause as they came and enjoyed the Christmas trains.
The railway then passed this bounty along to the Food Bank in the new year to help them start on the “re-stocking” work that they need to do after the significant Christmas effort they put forth each year.
