Penticton city crews have been clearing and shovelling since 4 a.m. Wednesday morning, starting with priority 1 roads, sidewalks and parking lots.
Homeowners and businesses have to shovel the sidewalks in front of their house or business by 11 a.m., as required in the Good Neighbour Bylaw. Also, please pay extra attention to sidewalks in front of bus stops, asks the city.
Penticton seemed to get a lot of more snow than other parts of South Okanagan.
