O driver of a van was treated for minor injuries after his vehicle left the roadway and struck a power pole near Cawston early morning Thursday.
The collision happened around 6:10 a.m. about two kilometres east of Keremeos.
It’s unknown at this time what caused the collision.
Power to many homes in the area was off Thursday morning as Fortis BC worked to repair the lines. It’s estimated the power will be restored sometime around 10 a.m. Thursday.
