A construction crane toppled, crashing into the roof of one of the units at Tuscan Terrace on Friday morning.
The incident occurred around 9:30 a.m. when workers at the development were attempting to install a hot tub at one of the units.
Murray Scheidl, president of the Tuscan Terrace Strata Council, said the truck tipped while the boom of the crane was extended over the roof of a building.
“We were very, very lucky no one was injured,” he said.
The cost of the damages has not yet been determined, he said.
