Summerland Royal Bank volunteers helped spruce up the Kettle Valley Steam Railway station Saturday June 25.
The group’s team building project washed the outside of the station, cut grass and trimmed trees and cleaned up inside the station.
The group also donated $1000.00, sponsored by Benevity, a charitable organization.
The funds will go toward the repair of the wheels of the KVR’s flagship engine, 3716.
