True Grain Bread will open its doors later this month.
“We’re anxiously awaiting the arrival of our grain mill and hearth oven from overseas,” said Todd Laidlaw, owner of the bakery.
“Depending on shipment timing, we should be open this weekend or shortly thereafter.”
The bakery, on Main Street, is in the former Cake Box Bakery location.
